Our store is hosted on WooCommerce which provides an online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through our Site. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit, discontinue, or cancel any products or Services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at our sole discretion. Any offer for any product or service made on this Site is void where prohibited.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. Please also note, variations in style, color, size, shape, feel and look may occur based on the production and/or fabrics being offered.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order in accordance with our Return Policy below.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected except as expressly stated herein.

After you have selected your desired product (the “Order”), you will see a prompt for your payment details, such as your credit card information and any promotional codes or gift cards you may have. Our Site uses a third-party payment processor, Square (www.squareup.com)  (the “Payment Processor”) to process all payments.  We are not affiliated with or responsible for the content, action or performance of the Payment Processor.  The Payment Processor accessed from the Site is independent from us and we have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policy, terms of use and practices of such website or service. By placing your Order, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the Payment Processor.  By entering your payment information and submitting your Order, you authorize us and our Payment Processor to charge the amount of the Order to your selected payment method.  In the event that we make a change to or cancel an Order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the Order was made.

The risk of loss and title for all products you order passes to you upon our to the carrier (such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS).

Return Policy

You have 14 days from the date you receive your Order to return or exchange your items. All returned items must be new and unused, with all garment tags still attached, in their original packaging with a return slip. Returns with stains will not be accepted. Any returns that do not meet our Return Policy will be sent back to you. Once we process your return, you’ll receive an email confirmation from us. Your refund should show up on your statement within 6-10 business days.  To cancel your order before it has been processed, contact us@le-sweat.com and we will do our best to help cancel your order before it ships.  However, please note that the majority of orders are processed immediately.  For any questions concerning your returns please contact our customer service team at us@le-sweat.com for further assistance.

Le Sweat TV Subscriptions & Memberships

Your subscription begins upon payment receipt, lasting for the chosen term (e.g., monthly, quarterly, yearly) without refunds for mid-term cancellations. Le Sweat, LLC reserves the right to terminate and suspend access for non-payment or material breaches, with termination possible with or without cause upon 30 days’ notice, ceasing future charges and ending subscription access. Automatic renewal occurs at each term’s end, with fees charged unless canceled beforehand. Providing payment details implies agreement to recurring charges, and fees may vary due to plan changes or taxes. Le Sweat LLC may adjust pricing, notifying you via email or Service updates. You consent to electronic communication for pricing changes, and failure to dispute billing discrepancies within 60 days waives your right to do so.
