Le Sweat authorizes you to view and download and print a single copy of the Content solely for your own lawful, personal, non-commercial use. User Submissions

The personal information you submit to Le Sweat is governed by the Le Sweat Privacy Statement.  To the extent there is an inconsistency between the Terms of Use and the Privacy Statement, the Privacy Statement shall govern.

Except as provided under a specific submission practice described on the Sites or in other Le Sweat materials made available to you, Le Sweat does not claim ownership of any information or material a user provides to Le Sweat or posts, uploads, inputs, submits, or transmits to this Site (“Submission”).  If you provide a Submission to Le Sweat pursuant to specific guidelines or practices identified by Le Sweat, such as for submitting a proposal, submitting content for a Le Sweat publication, or submitting a photograph, such Submission shall also be governed by the applicable guidelines or practices

Except as provided under a specific submission practice described on the Sites or in other Le Sweat materials made available to you, by making a Submission, you agree that such Submission is non-confidential, non-proprietary, and may be disseminated or used by Le Sweat.  If you make a Submission, you automatically grant—or warrant that the owner of such content has expressly granted—Le Sweat a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide nonexclusive license to use, reproduce, create derivative works from, modify, publish, edit, translate, distribute, perform, and display the Submission in any media or medium, or any form, format, or forum now known or hereafter developed.  Notwithstanding the foregoing, Le Sweat is not required to use any Submission.

You are solely responsible for your Submission, the consequences of making a Submission, and your reliance on any Submissions.  Le Sweat is not responsible for the consequences of any Submission.  Le Sweat is not responsible for screening or monitoring Submissions made to this Site by users.  If notified by a user of a Submission allegedly in violation of these Terms of Use, Le Sweat may investigate the allegation and determine in good faith and its sole discretion whether to remove such Submission.  Le Sweat will have no liability or responsibility to users for performance or nonperformance of such activities.
