- 4-week challenge
- 4 different sets of 7-minute leg and ab exercises to be completed daily
- each video is 7 exercises, each to be done for 1-minute

This routine will be active April 17 – April 23 . We will release a new workout the morning of Tuesday, April 24th (EST).
WEEK 2 EXERCISES & VIDEO
This routine will be done on April 24th – April 30th. We will release a new workout the morning of Tuesday, May 1st (EST).
WEEK 3 EXERCISES & VIDEO
This routine will be done on May 1st – May 7th. We will release a new workout the morning of Tuesday, May 8th (EST).
WEEK 4 EXERCISES & VIDEO
This is our final routine! To be completed May 8th – May 14th. Stay tuned for the next Le Sweat Challenge!
EQUIPMENT RECOMMENDED FOR ALL Le SWEAT CHALLENGES
- resistance bands (pictured and used in video is 20-lb resistance bands)
- recommended: 10 – 20-lb (this 10-12-lb is optimal)
- weights (pictured and used in video is 5-lb weights)
- recommended: completely up to you, recommended is: 3-lb, 5-lb, and/or 8-lb and up
- exercise mini-band (pictured and used is the yellow, which is the lightest resistance)
- recommended: yellow and/or green
- interval timer for iPhone (for the days you don’t want to listen to Charlee talk on the video 🙂
- LE SWEAT SHIRT (shameless plug?)
