CHALLENGE OUTLINE

  • Dates: January 14 – February 10, 2019
  • 7-minutes of daily ab workouts
  • New video every week
  • FOUR prizes!

 

HOW TO WIN

  1. Take a BEFORE/AFTER photo
    • Post Day 1 to Instagram using the hashtag #LeSweatAbChallenge
    • At the end of the challenge, post Day 1 vs. Day 28
  2. Complete as many days of the challenge as possible. Track your personal progress with daily photos! (Note: These photos don’t need to be shared, but they can be!)
  3. Send us your Day 1 vs. Day 28 to us@le-sweat.com and we will choose our top four winners!

The more days you complete, the higher your chance of winning the grand prize! We will be tracking your progress via socials so make sure to use #LeSweatAbChallenge!
