WEEK 1 EXERCISES & VIDEO

This routine will be done on Tuesday, Jan 16 – Monday, January 22. We will release a new workout the morning of Tuesday, January 23rd (EST).

WEEK 2 EXERCISES & VIDEO

This routine will be done on Tuesday, Jan 23 – Monday, January 29. We will release a new workout the morning of Tuesday, January 30th (EST).

WEEK 3 EXERCISES & VIDEO

This routine will be done on Tuesday, Jan 30 – Monday, February 5. We will release a new workout the morning of Tuesday, February 6th (EST).

WEEK 4 EXERCISES & VIDEO

This is our final routine! To be completed February 6 – 12. Stay tuned for the next Le Sweat Challenge!

EQUIPMENT RECOMMENDED FOR ALL Le SWEAT CHALLENGES
Le Sweat Arm Challenge Equipment
  • Resistance bands (pictured and used in video is 20-lb resistance bands)
    • Recommended: 10 – 20-lb (this 10-12-lb is optimal)
  • Weights (pictured and used in video is 5-lb weights)
    • Recommended: completely up to you, recommended is: 3-lb, 5-lb, and/or 8-lb and up
  • Exercise mini-band (pictured and used is the yellow, which is the lightest resistance)
    • Recommended: yellow and/or green
  • Interval timer for iPhone (for the days you don’t want to listen to Charlee talk on the video 🙂
  • LE SWEAT SHIRT (shameless plug?)
