5 Days in Le Life

Our home-away from home, Casa Violeta. 

Le FITNESS and Le TRAVEL. Two of our most favorite things to do in this life. Let Le Sweat sweep you off to the foreign land of Mexico and land on the white, sandy beaches of Tulum. On this 5-day, 4-night adventure we will show you how to successfully incorporate fitness into your travel schedule, all while seeing the sights and enjoying the local vibrations…and libations.

Le PHYSICAL: On the physical front, let us lead you through two workouts daily. Wake up every morning with coffee and our signature Le Sweat™ sesh and then find your namaste all before the sun sets.

Le TOURISTA: On the travel front, join us for our group excursions as we discover Tulum in all its glory. We will dive in the cenotes, ride bicycles on the open road (let’s be honest…they’re beach cruisers), explore Mayan ruins, and make a pit stop or two in the local town to eat tacos and/or buy local goods.

Le HUMAN: On the basic human needs front, let us feed you every morning with group breakfasts right on the beach. We will also share group dining experiences at some of the best restaurants Tulum has to offer. And did we mention guacamole and tacos?

Le ADULT-ING: On the adult front, let’s cheers our margaritas, sip our mezcals, and treat ourselves to some good old fashioned nights out on the town. We will dance, make new friends,  and best of all, create some amazing memories.

PROGRESS with LE SWEAT: More importantly, on the emotional and mental front, let Le Retreat serve as an opportunity for you to go through what you need to go through; take on challenges with a different perspective; rejuvenate in the 5 days away from your desk and computer; decompress and reassess; make goals; get in touch with your body+mind connection again; and tap back into your soul. Our biggest goal at Le Retreat is to help you re-approach, re-align, or re-set your goals. Sometimes all you need is create a space to allow for change happen.

A message from the Founder/Creator of Le Sweat:

Dear Friends,
Like many of you, life hasn’t always been on the up-and-up. While I’ve always “known” the benefits of physical fitness and an active lifestyle, I somehow managed to let my head get in the way of my joy and often found myself lost and empty. Le Sweat was born two years ago, and over those two years, with the help of strong women and men around me, I quickly found my purpose through Le Sweat. Le Sweat quickly became an opportunity for me to inspire and coach others on how it is possible and attainable to live an active lifestyle.
Travel has always been a time for me to physically and mentally escape my day-to-day, and everytime I travel I always feel re-inspired and re-invigorated to make my life back home better.
Le RETREAT is my opportunity to share my travel, fitness, and motivational secrets on how to make a health and wellness lifestyle available for every BODY at home, and away from home. By taking time and space away from “home,” together we will work on how to continue on your journey with a new vigor and a slightly different approach. Through the practice of physical exertion, let’s train ourselves to apply self-talk and perservance to the obstacles we face. I call it, “working on working out.
