EQUIPMENT RECOMMENDED FOR LE CHALLENGE
- resistance bands (pictured and used in video is 20-lb resistance bands)
- recommended: 10 – 20-lb (this 10-12-lb is optimal)
- weights (pictured and used in video is 5-lb weights)
- recommended: completely up to you, recommended is: 3-lb, 5-lb, and/or 8-lb and up
- exercise mini-band (pictured and used is the yellow, which is the lightest resistance)
- recommended: yellow and/or green
- interval timer for iPhone (for the days you don’t want to listen to Charlee talk on the video 🙂
- LE SWEAT SHIRT (shameless plug?)
